What is the difference between tap water and bottled water?

A

Tap water is always treated with chemicals such as chlorine. Conversely, because Natural Mineral Water is created by nature for drinking, by law Natural Mineral Water does not need and must not undergo any chemical treatment.

Are your Filtered Water Coolers suitable for areas other than in a busy office or shop?

A

All our floorstanding and mini table top water coolers are of robust construction to cope with busy environments where necessary.

What are the disadvantages of tap water?

A

Tap water quality is inconsistent and usually treated with chlorine, which gives it a bad taste. Tap water flows through pipes, which in older buildings may contain lead. By the time tap water reaches you, the quality of the water is not guaranteed.

Do I have to buy a water-cooler?

A

No, the water-cooler is rented on a monthly basis. Payment by standing order or monthly account.

What is a point-of-use water dispenser?

A

It filters the water from the mains to erase the chlorine taste.

Does the water-cooler need cleaning?

A

Yes. All water-coolers need cleaning. Four times per year is the recommendation with ozone gas or antioxidant spray.

Does a water-cooler use a lot of electricity?

A

No. About as much as a small refrigerator.

Do you supply cup dispensers and plastic cups?

A

Does the filter remove bacteria?

A
